If you order a digital invite these will be sent via email or whatsapp, as an image. You are free to use this image as you please - perfect to forward directly to guests via message. You can also print your own copies, please note I cannot guarantee print quality or sizing.

Please ensure to provide all details needed to create your order, delays in sending the details will delay your delivery estimate. You can add to the note box during the checkout.

A sample will be sent within 3 working days for you to approve. Delay in approving the sample will delay your order.

All wording must be the same, no individual names etc. can be printed.

Delivery estimate is an ESTIMATE only of when the item should arrive, not a guarantee. Please allow plenty of time. Delays will occur if you are late providing the details or okaying the sample.

Samples are NORMALLY sent within 3 working days, please allow an extra day during busy periods.

Any mistakes after you have okayed the sample are NON refundable.

Working days are Monday-Friday, I do not work weekends.

Please allow plenty of time for messages to be answered - I do not sit at my laptop 24/7, so do not expect a reply within minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders are non refundable after 24 hours, or after your sample has been prepared (which ever is sooner) NO EXCEPTIONS. Digitial invites cannot be cancelled at all
